Thank you for choosing MEET Nail &Spa!  Before booking an appointment, please read my policies below.

By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies. Please note, you can always find our most recent and current Policies on our booking site when you book your appointment.

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 4-HOURS IN ADVANCE

All appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 4 hours from the time of booking, please call the shop immediately at: 6102777888, or your appointment could be canceled.

MEET Nails& Spa offers a 15 minute grace period beginning at the time of the appointment. Any arrivals after the grace period has expired will be considered as a "walk-in" customer and will be attended to in the order in which they arrived.  If you are going to be late OR no show , PLEASE LET ME KNOW  AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE by calling at: 6102777888.

AFTER 7PM CHARGES

Our salon hours 

Mon- Saturday: 9:30 am - 7:00 pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm.

We are happy to make accommodations for early or late evening appointments. Please note, for this service accommodation, an additional fee will be charged. The additional fee amount will be 15% of the total cost of services.The client is responsible to confirm those charges before booking your appointment. SERVICE PRICE

We have the right to refuse or to stop service for any reason we deem necessary.

All service prices listed are subject to change at the time of service. Please confirm pricing at the time of service. No refunds after receiving your services.

PAYMENTS

There will be a 4% charge for using credit card (not debit card) transaction. 12 dollars minimum for credit card charges.

Tips only cash ,venmo or cashapp

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

If you are a first time client, I would prefer that you remove your current acrylic. Please understand, I need to access the current state of your nails. Do a fill on your nails which were previously done by another salon, please be advised that we cannot guarantee how long your nails will actually last.  This is because we have no control over how your nails were originally done by another salon, and this plays a major role in lifting. If the nail growth is past what we would consider a “fill”, please note you will be charged at the full set price. 

AFTERCARE POLICIES

About nails:

Regular Polish: We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.

We guarantee Gel, dip powder, Acrylic For 5 days .For fixes, please schedule an appointment. All repairs must be completed within 48 hours after contacting us. 

About eyelashes

We takes great pride in the quality of our service.  If there are any concerns, we will offer a complimentary 30 minute fix within 3 days of your visit.There are no refunds on services.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any products used during your service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment, a patch test can be administered. Please contact us with this request. *We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or eye sensitivities.

HEALTHY AND SAFTY POLICIES

Please keep all personal items with your at all times, MEET Nails &Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please keep your children in the sitting area, no running no jumping no screaming in the shop. Or we can not provide the service. MEET nails& spa will not be responsible for any injuries .

GIFT CARD POLICIES

MEET Nails&Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift card balances cannot be returned or exchanged in an event that a gift card is lost or stolen.
